Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of the Konnectivo platform, including our dashboard, chat widget and messaging integrations (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. The Service

Konnectivo helps businesses capture, qualify and respond to leads across Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and a website chat widget, using automated responses informed by knowledge base content you provide, with optional human takeover.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect, request or store medical, health or diagnostic information from end users
• Send unsolicited, deceptive or unlawful messages
• Violate the terms or policies of Meta, WhatsApp or any connected messaging platform
• Attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with the Service's security

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the knowledge base content, conversation data and lead information associated with your account. You grant us a licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you upload, and for your own compliance with applicable privacy and messaging laws.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at signup. We may change pricing with advance notice for future billing periods.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta and WhatsApp. Your use of those channels is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or actions taken by those third parties.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konnectivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
