Profile settings

Your own name, email, and profile details.

Sign-in & security

Change your password, and turn on two-factor authentication — scan a QR code with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, enter the 6-digit code once to confirm, and every sign-in after that asks for a fresh code. You can also see your recent sign-in history here.

Lost your authenticator device? Email support@konnectivo.com so the team can reset your two-factor and get you back in.

Notification settings

For each alert type — hot leads, new conversations, human handover, daily summary, weekly report, billing, and product updates — choose how you want to hear about it: email, in-app (the notification bell), or push (a browser notification; the first time you turn this on, your browser will ask for permission).

The daily summary arrives around 8:00 in your business's time zone, and the weekly report on Mondays. Daily summary and weekly report are included on the Growth plan and above; the new-conversation alert is part of Scale. On lower plans, those rows are shown locked rather than hidden, so you know they exist.
